"Absolute horrendous customer service. My daughter and I was there shopping for her friend's Christmas presents. We had picked out basket of items, and were still looking at our list. My daughter said she had to use the Restroom. We had the basket in our hands and set it on the counter. And I asked the lady if she had a public restroom. She said no. I asked her where the closest one was and she said she didn't know. As an employee she should probley know.. I said "o k we'll be right back to pay for these" We walked to the restroom and came back and the store was CLOSED. Yes maybe we should have been more aware of the time..but then again it was only 5:45, not thinking a store would close so early, epically in a busy shopping center 1 week till Christmas! As a customer service person, she should have said. I'm sorry we closed in about 15 minutes. But she said not a word. So now..after spending 45min picking out the perfect presents for her friends, we now have to go somewhere else to find the perfect gifts. Customer service is where it starts"

"The staff is very pleasant. The store has a good selection. It was quite crowded because the prices are right and they offer piercing. There were a lot of people waiting for that service. They have a buy three get three free which worked out very nice for me. I definitely recommend this place. Plenty of parking. They don't open till 11:00 however."

"We brought my 4 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced on a Sunday afternoon and I am so please with this Claire’s. We walked in and the ladies greeted us right away and asked how they could help. My daughter explained that she wanted her ears pierced and a sweet girl names Priscilla helped us out and pierced my daughters ears. She was so gentle and caring. She did a great job and my daughter barley cried! Thank you ladies for the help and giving my little girl a new love of her ears!"
