"I saw Amber Smith suite 13. I brought in my inspiration picture, and said I wanted it at least close to the color shown on the picture. I wanted to go lighter, but less brassy. I was not told the toner would darken my hair and I was told after the coloring was done that I would need one more session. I paid 200 and sat for 4 hours and left with hair that’s darker than what I came in with. I could’ve achieved the same results by just adding a toner to my previous hair color. The first picture is the inspiration picture and the second is before and after of my hair. This is a beautiful color, but it is not what I wanted and when I asked to get it fixed she told me she would not fix it unless I paid another 105 and made an appointment. She says it’s lighter and it’s very close to the inspiration picture"
