"This was honestly so disappointing. I was paying $114 a month + tax (for a basic package). I had an appointment @4:30 was pulling into their parking lot @4:34 because I had gotten stuck behind a wreck. That is when they sent a text a text saying I was past the 5 min mark…. I’ll let you do the math. When I explained to them the situation immediately after they texted they told me to reschedule. This is beside the fact that I tried to contact the lash artist a day before about an issue and never got a response… Do not recommend."
