"The people in the booth are friendly. The bus drivers are well composed experienced drivers. Even when the GTC is having issues on one of the coldest days of the year with a pipe breaking and water pouring into the building, creating lake GTC they kept staff on hand with extra buses to keep passengers warm. Way to go!"
"If you don't need to use the washroom, you are fine. Washing hands without touching the sink is impossible. People probably not washing their hands coming out of here."
"Its pretty ridiculous that cedar rapids doesnt have a transit app. Paper tickets as the only option is hardly accessible and no matter how responsible a person is it is too easy to lose a paper ticket."
"The bus department needs to move their bus stops by twixtown apartments. Bums are sleeping in them and they keep getting in dumpsters making messes. Try to walk my dogs and get rude comments from people waiting for the bus too. Need to move them over by the mall."
