They were very rude over the phone, when I asked to place an order I was told “I’m not going to sit here and place an order over the phone for you while we are in a rush” and upon asking what they wanted me to do she told me to come in and order and what for it there (while they are backed up)"

"For anyone ordering from this location I would highly suggest ordering carryout and not delivery. First issue was Friday evening when I placed an online order and their system supposedly changed it to carryout, waited an hour and a half to find out then when I did receive our order it was cold. 2nd time was yesterday where i called in, waited 2 hrs and never received our order at which time I just canceled the order. I did call later and did carryout which they were timely on but delivery seems to be an issue."

"Bad driver, said that he couldn't find the address, but he knocked on our door. The old driver had no problem. He was saying he was leaving. We had to run out to him. I think the place was re-franchised and it looks like the same idiots that own the BP (Sinclair) gas stations. I am not ordering from this location anymore."

"I ordered delivery. 20 minutes after it said out for delivery, I called the store. I was at first told to wait 15 minutes and call back, but when I said it had already been 20 minutes, she said she would call the delivery driver and call me back. After a half hour, and no return phone call, my husband drove to the store to find my order still sitting there. Was told they called an Uber for my food and the driver hadn't shown yet, so I was also lied to. We love 3 minutes from location, but was in the process of moving and wanted it delivered for ease"
