"The Upack ABF trailer was a great way to load, store and deliver our home goods during our move. The communication about some of the details was not always clear. While the information about the truck delivery and locking of the trailer was found in the information package, it definitely could have been more clear. Additionally they were not up front on sharing that the trailer had to spend over 600 miles on the road to go through two distribution points to travel only 200 actual miles to the new destination. Plus additional items could be added to the trailer if it was not full when going between distribution points. While these items were not shared at the time of the booking, all things went exactly as planned. The delivery of the trailer was well communicated through multiple methods and the distribution/deliver centers were great to work with. The truck drivers were also very easy to work with and friendly. I would recommend this method and company although make sure you read the fine print."
