"Terrible service. I ordered something 60 days ago and they’ve had to cancel the delivery l the day before THREE DIFFERENT TIMES! It’s been sitting 2 hours away in Des Moines for the last 4 weeks and they keep having to reschedule. I would not recommend them if you can choose. I didn’t have a choice and I wish I did."

"Had a delivery scheduled for today so took the day off to be around. Spoke to the company in the morning and at 4pm both confirming it was being delivered that day. At 4:30 the driver said they called and left a voicemail which I never responded too but I never received a call or voicemail. Horrible service"

"Worst company to ever have to work with. The only way to deal with them is through a foreign customer support. We ordered a Tonal System that HAS to be installed by a 3rd party. XPOs customer support repeatedly hung up, refused to transfer to a supervisor and refused to transfer me to ACTUAL XPO here in the states to get it resolved. So as it stands I cannot schedule my install as I am being held hostage by XPOs foreign customer support."

"Never return calls, can't find shipping materials that have been scanned in as received, don't update customer. This continues for the 3rd week. There is no system for escalation of complaints (oh we send an email in for you...and I never hear back). Frankly, they couldn't find their butt with either hand in a phone booth. So much for technology."

"Took a day off work since apparently they only deliver to my address on mondays. Waited all day Monday and nobody even attempted to deliver my item! Took 2 days after calling over 12 times to finally get a new deliver date for of course monday! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! The employees dont care about you at all! My item BETTER not be damaged!!!"
