"I’m giving them 4 stars because I heard they are a good company but I didn’t get hired because of a previous company I worked for didn’t verify that I worked there and the my application started looking a little shady and few other things I’m working on fixing from what I heard from the recruiter it’s pretty good money they where very professional… the only I didn’t like was that they wanted to call my employer that I’m working for now before they ran my MVR which I rather have insurance run me first to ensure I would be approved. other than that they want good drivers and people down to work I wish I could’ve got in I’m try fixing again…"

"I contacted this company as a owner operator since they had positions available. The recruiter confirmed me the opening positions. We started the hiring process, I bought a new used truck by spending 80000$ , I signed all the paperwork , I passed drug test and everything was done. At 8 am one morning they told me to go next morning to the company for orientation and to pick up my plates next day and at 2 pm they sent me a text saying that they don’t need me anymore. Really frustrating and disappointing. This company is a scam, don’t trust anything they tell you."

"This company is a joke, they have a ad for dedicated Chicago to cedar Rapids home every day for owner operators, I talked to Scott and everything sounded to good to be true of course, so I submitted a application went for a drug test and all is good I thought, now there's no freight coming out of Chicago, so they want me to do something else that's not home every day NOT!!! I sent Scott messages and he never got back to me,Young people that's why you don't quit your current job until you're sure about the new one. Bad business jms"

"I'm a owner operator currently contracted thru them. I have been with them going on 3 years in my 17 years of driving this company has been by far one of the best I have driven for. Heather in safety is awesome she answers any of my questions or if I have any concerns she makes sure to get them answered for me promptly. Danielle is my dispatcher she is awesome.I am blessed to be a part of the jms family and hope to finish my driving career here. I highly recommend them for anyone. whether they are just starting out on your own or a seasoned owner operator."
