"I would recommend you look somewhere else for a freight company. They ruined my $4000 dining table I shipped through them. Then they took exactly 120 days to pay the claim and it took days of my time fighting it. Now they send another bill 10 months later for extra fees. Also their customer service will not help you at all."

"Hunt delivered this morning a Whirlpool refrigerator to me 3 weeks past the original delivery date after their postponing it multiple times. The unprepared driver in installing the water line flooded my kitchen floor. Then in setting up the unit he tossed one of the plastic bins in the air and dropped it... breaking it. He thought it funny. Which left me the problem of replacing it with Whirlpool with a replacement they are shipping in 7-10 days. Tape and plastic sticking out was left on the unit. It was up to me to mop up the mess and clean once the morons had left. One may have smelled of alcohol. A nightmare of a delivery and experience."

"Truck 204617 pulled into the I80 truck stop about 45 minutes ago parked so close next to me I couldn't get out my driver door. I was waiting on the driver to fix their parking, instead they closed their curtain not worried about the poor parking they did. This is unacceptable"

"Must be nice to have a company policy that addresses all company employees with a zero tolerance order for any form of harassment, is that so far clear? Yet I was harassed on several separate occurrences in the work space that led me into the decision to quit the job. Corporate hr was informed of the event's of this behavior and those who did it still have their jobs and did retaliate on me. Since 2016 I have been hired 7 time's and I have witnessed absolutely no change. I now have the appearance of a job hopper according to this company and yet all American employer's when I apply just don't understand what has happened to me and will not allow me to have a job, yes it's that bad as employer's make it seem on the subject of my employment history. To the owners comments below hr could have done something about this at the time of when these things occurred like for example when I was still driving but I only experienced common neglect as hr apparently did absolutely nothing about it."

"After prior day and morning of text with appliance arrival time, the driver showed up early and did not attempt to contact me by text or phone. Next available delivery date was 3 weeks later. So...3 weeks later, get the delivery text day prior and then the morning of scheduled delivery, driver called and asked what we ordered because he couldn't find it. The warehouse told the manufacturer that they didn't have time that day and scheduled the next delivery window 3 more weeks later. It's the we'll get it there when we want service."
