"From our free estimate to our actual move Smooth Moves was nothing but professional. Mitch came for the estimate and answered all of our questions and gave us very clear expectations. He was very informative on what could and could not go on trucks, as well as, what needed to be done in preparation 24 hours in advance of the move. On the day of the move the expected number of movers and trucks showed up on time. We did our walk through of our home, a game plan was formed and the rest was history. They were extremely efficient and extremely careful with our property. Upon arrival at our new home we walked through and explained where everything needed to be placed. They got everything in the house and asked us several times if we wanted things rearranged. We had a four person moving team. Every single one of them was very friendly and professional. Our scheduled 9 hour move took 7 hours and 15 minutes!. If we were to move again, I would hire them in a heartbeat."
