"Isiah is the MVP here! He showed superb customer service who went over and beyond to help me locate a missing item. He also found the misplaced item and was very apologetic for the trouble it may have caused. I have not seen this much care and concern from an employee dealing with the public in a very very long time. Thank you greatly Isiah for all your help, patience and kindness."

"Just want to say thanks to the guy who wears glasses in there. I tried explaining to him that we were returning 5 shirts that came in one package. Completely disregarded this and said that he could only return 1 shirt and not the rest. I tried getting him to understand that they came in a 5 pack and he basically said get another QR code for the other 4 shirts. The weight of these shirts on the package receipt was 1.7lbs…One dry fit shirt does not way that. I then had to contact Amazon twice for a total of 30 minutes. One to explain the situation at hand to get another QR code and drive back to the store to return them. Another time because they didn’t want to give a full refund because they thought they sent those “extra” 4 shirts by mistake…. A complete and utter waste of time."

"Was looking to get a package sent in a hurry, I was helped my a young lady named Sarah, she was great help. The environment walking into this location was by far on of the best experiences I've had in a long time. All I can say is they are all friendly and want to help you! 10/10 in every category possible for sure!"

"We had a package to mail. We went in on a Saturday. We stressed it was not an emergency and didn’t need to get there overnight or anything. I was quoted $150 initially. I questioned it because it was a small package and anticipated spending much less. I was given an option for 97 or ground for 70 but was told it would take 3 weeks to get there. I called my husband in and he was surprised by the cost as well and questioned other options. The worker told us there were no other options and other places would be just as much if not more. When I called the store to complain, I was told that prices are higher on the weekend, and the owner is telling staff to push these expensive services to the customer and not offer the less expensive options. That is lying and deceiving customers! I went to USPS and sent the package for over half off and staff was very pleasant. I recommend the post office and not this UPS store!"

"DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE'S SERVICES!! This is absolutely the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The owner has been rude every single time we have been there. After paying an unexpected large amount of money for holding my package, instead of smiling and working with me, he was rude and self-righteous. Not only that, when I needed help carrying out my package because I have a tear in my shoulder, there was absolutely no effort to help me whatsoever and I hurt myself. On another occasion, I simply asked for a small piece of tape. I was told I was going to be charged several dollars for a little piece of tape. They are cheap, unhelpful, and do not care about their customers - period. I will no longer be using their services."
