"They only deliver curb side. They push back your delivery not once, not twice, three times and no reason given other than it’s on the dock. Tell them you will be at work until a certain time, they disregard that. They wanted to deliver it while I was at work.. so it would be sitting in the middle of the road?? Since that is your company policy according to your “driver”. Didn’t even pull in front of my driveway so had to be drug up a curb since it was a package to heavy for one person to carry. What a joke! The delivery “driver”didn’t even technically deliver it since I was the one that had to move it off of the loading ramp. Which being slick I could have fallen and the company would have been liable. Lawsuit in the future, yes!! Will be giving them a nice review on YouTube as well! Let’s make it known how they really treat their customers! Do not accept deliveries from such a corrupt company. I’m going to be getting video of them delivering to places, while they are delivering more than just curb side to prove that they discriminated against me."

"If I could leave a zero, I would leave a zero. Worst customer service experience ever! Item was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Get a call on Monday that it'll be Tuesday. Tuesday comes and get a call that it will be Wednesday. Wednesday comes and get a call that it will be Thursday. Each time they call to reschedule, they are told it will have to be after 4. Asked to make sure that's going to work and reassured yes. Thursday comes and get a call at 3:00 that it's my 30 minute warning. Call the driver back who says that's not going to work to deliver after 4. After having to call two other people to get it straightened out (apparently they don't take notes), she shows up at 4:25 and refuses to turn her truck onto the side road and deliver it to the driveway where our garage is! Says she's only responsible to the curbside and the front drive is ours too!! This is a custumer service industry and they failed on all ends for something that cost a lot of money to have shipped! Highly discourage anyone from using them for their shipping needs! And if your delivery driver is Justine, then just ask for it to be reassigned and save yourself the headache!"

"I had a package delivered to a residential address today. The package was delivered with care and the delivery driver was polite, prompt, and helpful. A previous experience with another carrier, was not the same. Very happy with these guys!"

"Fantastic customer service. Received regular updates to where my delivery was and when it arrived in their sight. I was able to pick up the load with my Silverado and they loaded it right into the bed. Would recommend this service over XPO (a different delivery service that was terrible)."

"If I could give no stars I would. Damaged my house by pulling a cable out with one of their trucks. Before I can even make a claim they are denying responsibility. A reputable company would take responsibility for their drivers. By looking at the other reviews, it seems they are only concerned with the 4 and 5 star ratings. Customer service gets an F."
