"Our pizza was burnt. We ate it anyway cause we already spent the money. Wasn't very tasty. Hadn't had Northern Lights in a long time so we decided to try it again. But don't plan on ordering from there again. The only good part was the bread sticks. I didn't even think to take a picture of the pizza. I wish I would've."
"We weren't happy at all with our pizza, as you can see from the pictures it was burnt sure wish I would have looked at it before leaving the store with it! I'd have complained then...had been looking forward to having our Grinder Pizza but we're disappointed instead. It was awful!!"
"Ordered a thin crust with easy on the sauce. Was drenched in sauce and crust was soggy. Kids pizza was regular crust also light sauce, same thing lots of sauce and soggy. If my kids could have waited I would have called but we ate it anyway. Was still good just not how we wanted it. Will order again though."
"I will no longer be ordering from Northern Lights pizza. I have always been frustrated with their pace in deliveries and it’s always here within an hour to hour and half. I completed an order online and after 1.5 hours I call them to get the ETA like I always end up doing. I was told it was on its way and would arrive any minute. Well after another thirty minutes we look outside and the food is on our porch and it was all cold. I called to complain and the manager said that the person says she knocked and rang the doorbell. This was a complete lie. The manager tried to argue with me so I hung up on them."
"I get the Gluten Free pizza from Northern Lights because it doesn’t make me ill. I have tried several other places and they have made me ill. Miss real pizza crust and Northern lights is the closest I have found to having a real pizza. Thanks!"
