"Terrible experience. Why does my carrier send out refer in for a dry load from H***. 5 hours to load!!!. They take my trailer to dock with a 2 hour load schedule on a very tight ,"time sensitive" interstate haul. They burnt my clock so I was a 10 hour shift/ break late to FedX, UT . Took 8 hours to unload!!!. Not my fault just my problem and expense. 2 days sit on a 2 day run is garbage. I don't know what it pays the truck but I bet it's a poverty haul even without all the unpaid time ."
"We have been waiting for 6 days for our delivery. They promised us one day between a certain hour to another. And don't show up. Then you have to call and tell 4 different people what's going on and they say let me transfer you. Finally get to a supervisor and they don't apologize or say anything except I'll look into it and get back to you. Then they call and set another appointment time to which they don't show up. This has happened now for 4 days of rescheduling. Don't use FedEx Frieght!"
"Dropped trailer at 6:25pm.Appointment at 9pm was told to wait till 2 am.Trailer was not finished until 3:45am. Time sensitive? Maybe don’t take 7 hours to load. Should be no problem dropping trailer early so you can roam around city. Nice people there though."
"Showed up on time for my 8:30 appointment. I was told to wait until 1:30 am for my trailer to be loaded. I woke up called the facility and they told me my load was cancelled. Called the broker, he said he hadn't heard anything from FedEx. I wasted 5+ hours of driving and around $160 worth of fuel coming here for my load to be cancelled. Someone needs to pay me for my work. Do not come here. According to the broker this kind of thing happens a lot."
"This place is a little disorganized for anyone picking up a shipment. You have to ignore the main entrance and turn left as soon as you enter the driveway. Then go as far South as you can to find the office door. Then ask some random person at their desk what to do next, then they will take a copy of your ID and ask you to go to the reception desk (which is through the door at the back left of the room you entered). Once you find you way to the reception desk, they will give you back your ID and you speak to the secretary. The secretary will tell you to ignore the 'no personal vehicles' sign and go ahead and enter through the main entrance, past the guard box since 'nobody is in there anyway'. Pull up to the ramp (bay number 2) and leave enough room for a forklift behind your vehicle. Once you pull up, somebody will tell you not to park there. Ignore that person, walk up the ramp and to the left once you enter the building. The second door on the left (which isn't marked) will take you back to the reception desk. Let the secretary know your vehicle is ready, he will make a call to the warehouse. Go back to your vehicle, wait 10 minutes and a forklift will load your damaged pallet(s) and require a signature to show you received the shipment. All in all doable, but needlessly complicated"
