"Left numerous messsages for Tom Nolan and he never returned calls. We previously worked with Carol Beronich and were very satisfied. Upon her retirement, Tom Nolan was to take over our family's accounts. We left four messages on his answering machine and had one message hand delivered to him and three weeks later still had not received a call back. We have all (4 family members) moved to another agency. Very disappointed!"
