"I've been here 1-1/2 years. I love my studio apt! I feel safe, enjoy the friendship of many fellow residents, bingo is always fun (prizes are great), boxes of food are brought to the lobby regularly (it's almost like a tiny grocery store), and Colleen, the mgr., is really nice (& fair). Patio life is nice in the summer & a great social environment. I don't plan on going anywhere soon!"

"I have delivered here several times. I have to say I have been to some bad places, but this one is right up there at the top. It stinks horriblely. There is filith everywhere. This place needs not only a good cleaning ,starting with removing the nasty carpets, but walls need fresh paint. I understand this is a senior living, but they deserve better. I hope who ever runs this place is proud of themselves."

"It was one of my worst experiences living at Commonwealth..the place is like a mini homeless shelter. I never knew who tennant or who was homeless. There is No heat in bedroom..I had to sleep in my living room since December...the city should condemn that place."
