Riverview Place Condos

"Absolutely pathetic place. I hated everyday that I lived here, hearing my neighbor and her kids run on the ceiling above which transmitted to my apartment as a pounding noise from the moment they woke up until they went to bed at night. I was constantly having to listen to these noises and there was no respite or a sense of privacy or peace. When I reported this to the manager I was told there is nothing that she can do. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. The cell phone reception was so pathetic that I have never seen such problems before elsewhere. This complex includes income guided units as well hence all kinds of people live here. Had I known about these problems I would have never rented from them. Cannot wait to get out of here!!!"

"I am so grateful for this community that was quiet and nice clean. A place to start again for me to save and affordable. Office Manager Leigh was very busy but daily working to make sure things were in order, safe place to call home. I would recommend this place and I loved the 4th floor"
