"I loved living here! The units are very clean and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. Maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and the women in the office are the nicest people you'll ever meet! I highly recommend living here if you're looking for a quiet, friendly and affordable place."

"Barb and Theresa have been like moms to me since I moved in. They took a chance on me and my dogs. At the lowest moment in my life they brought me to my highest. Love living here, nice that it is off the beaten path. Maintenance is amazing. Gotten to meet some great neighbors. Even though my dogs stir up the neighborhood sometimes haha they like it here too! Good place to call home."

"Staff: The office ladies, Barb and Theresa, were great. Always helpful, always responsive and always kind. Pet Friendly: This was my favorite apartment I ever had. Had to move recently due to a job change. It feels like it's own community - dog community. There's plenty of open wooded area next to the complex that I would take my dog hiking through every day. If I recall correctly, the complex owns the land. If you go in far enough there's a wide creek. Maintenance: I called once before I moved and he was there within the a half hour. Also friendly. Heat: I rarely used the heat, even through winter because electric heating can be very expensive. While there were days I had to turn the heat on, it was overall tolerable as the apartment was well-insulated and surrounded by other units. Location: The only trouble with living there was explaining to friends, deliveries and Ubers where exactly I was located within the neighborhood of apartments. I can see other units there being easier to explain, though. Parking: There is tons of parking available and snow was always cleared within a reasonable (if not quick) amount of time. Never had an issue with noise or neighbors. Never really had any issue at all. If I ever move back to CR I'll go back to CTA."

"Continental Terrace Apartments are by far my favorite apartment complex in Cedar Rapids. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and accommodating. They got to know me individually, which made it truly feel like a home. Great space for a one bedroom and not to mention super affordable, plus it's such a quiet and safe area! I would definitely recommend."

"I am a current resident of Continental Terrace Apartments. I moved in 6 months ago with my dog. I love living here. Management is nice and maintenance is always there when you call and need something fixed. My neighbors are all friendly too. Great location with grocery, dining and clothes shopping in walking distance."
