"If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff is only there one day a week. It takes several weeks for maintenance to even come by and look at the issue. Last time it took over a month for them to come look at a broken towel bar. The pool opened and closed shortly after. It was open, maybe a month this summer. I had an air conditioner that was leaking and getting my floor wet that created a black mold issue in my apartment. When they finally came to look at it there was a bucket under it in my utility closet trying to catch the water. They knew about this when I moved in and did not tell me. it took several threats to get them to fix it and remove the black mold. It caused sickness in my dog and myself, and they refuse to compensate me for any of it."

"Management is super difficult to get in contact with and there’s rarely anyone in the office. It takes months for things to get fixed (the few months there’s actually been maintenance on staff) and the yards are covered in dog feces. The pool is only 1 of 2 amenities offered and it was open less than a week this summer and the rest has been closed for “maintenance”. Short story; don’t live here."

"Lived there for almost 3 years, started off great. Then, after 2 years, we needed our shower repaired. Totally forgot about the construction, and to this day, from January until November, the construction still remains unfinished with holes in the drywall everywhere and for 6 of those months we couldn't even use the shower because of it. Reminder after reminder and plea after plea have been ignored. Maintenance requests are ignored, and at one point a pest control guy had mentioned that "last time he was in our apartment, he found roaches" and we didn't even know he was in our apartment or that he was going to be. No notification whatsoever of it. We finally had enough and moved put, and after so many people have confirmed we would have prorated rent because we moved out on the 4th day of the month, we still got charged the full month and are now accruing late fees on a rent we aren't supposed to be paying. After contacting them over and over again, i still have yet to hear back and have not gotten a resolution. This place used to be wonderful and I used to tell all of my friends about it, but in the past year it has tanked harder than ever and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and look ANYWHERE else. Literally every time I've actually gotten through to someone in the past probably 8 months, it has been a new person. Not great for a small apartment complex, the high turnover and clear lack of communication between staff really says a lot about upper management."

"We had a fabulous experience at Crescent Chase Apartments. We were purchasing a home and had a short term lease. The staff was great to work with, friendly, and super helpful. The buildings and apartments are extremely quiet and our neighbors were fantastic. Highly recommended!"

"I won't recommend this apartment to anyone. I lived there for three years. First year in one bedroom and two more years in two bedroom. Management was easy to access until they had property management changes. Few things I noticed are - There office time is not friendly to people who works. They are closed on weekends. And Office open after 9 till 5:30 on weekdays. And office is closed in average once a month with Facebook post. That also mean you have to keep checking there Facebook page to know when they will close or sometime same day notice. Good luck with that. - No means of communication. Office hours is one part of the story. You could hardly (literally NEVER) get any response of your email or phone call. Don't expect to get call back even after leaving detail message on there phone during office hours. During last year I might have made more than 100 calls for various purpose during office hours and I can say for sure of those 100 calls I didn't get even a single call back and obviously on that 100 calls not a single time anyone pick the phone (And yes that is all during their office hours). So if didn't catch them in office (if they open) good luck with talking with too. I am not making this up I can share incoming and outgoing call log and email chain if you don't believe me. - One interesting thing I found about there two bedroom "walking closet" once I moved in is its not a really a walk in closet. Its narrow L shape. Hardly 3 ft depth and long hardly 2 ft space. So I would recommend all to look into their walking closet in two bedroom before moving. Attached few pictures for reference. Was the initial response is just a public stunt of showing "fake" sympathy?"
