We had a couple issues with things when we first moved in but maintenance completed those work orders very promptly. I love that there is a gym and pool included in the rent. The property is well taken care of and clean."

"Where to even begin! I've never lived in a property so well taken care of. Maintenance is always friendly, prompt and done well. Shout out to Achmed. The grass is mowed often and I've never seen trash around. The pool is sparking and not over chlorinated. Most of all management is super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend living here!"

"I have been a great renter. I have kept their apartment as I found it I have not broken anything or needed repairs. I have paid my rent on time or prior to the due date. I found a home to purchase last minute and asked instead of paying for two months of rent (they require a 60 day notice as if you know 60 days in advance that you will purchase a home and I am coming up on my year lease expiration but they have the 60 day wording built in even after your lease expiration date..) if I could pay 30 days. Nope they are making me pay the full 60. Just goes to show that even if you do everything right and have the purest of intentions no one cares. This is frustrating to me! I do not recommend living here as they will not work with you when you need it most! Single mom and Christmas coming up and now a mortgage payment and rent payment.
