"Morgan Ridgeway did an amazing job getting me into a affordable, spacious one bedroom apartment. The transition from my old apartment to new was completely flawless because of her hard-work ethic. She did not miss a beat! Rent and maintenance request are made easy through the online portal. Quick response times from the apartment manager. Also tenants are always kept up to date on any changes in the community. I would also like to add Bennett grand woods has been a great community to live in thus far. I have not had any problems nor complaints. The community is kept clean. The staff onsite did a great job during the winter of keeping parking lots, sidewalks and streets plowed and shoveled. All in all i am excited to live where i do and cant wait to continue to find more positive things to say about Bennett grand woods."

"An upgrade for me from my last place of residence. appliances are working great, bedrooms are spacious, windows allow for some nice natural lighting. Maintenance team is always responsive and efficient, and management has great communication regarding property announcements, weather updates, and if she will be out of the office etc. I am excited for my baby to play in a safe and quiet grassy area as the weather warms up."

"We have been here two years. In that time we have had some maintenance issues that needed attention and we put in our maintenance request the guys were quick to respond and get the problem resolved within 24 hours. For example our air conditioner went out and Lonnie our head maintenance man had someone out here the next day and it was repaired within two days. Our property manager has been awesome in helping us to understand how things work here as we had never lived in a complex like this before. "FYI I went to the Bennett Grand woods apartment today 2-19-24 to speak with Morgan the property manager and she had me wait to see her because she was on the phone after 20 mins the maintenance man lonnie, arrived and went into the office and she left out of the back door. All I want is my deposit back or some explanation of why I can't get my deposit back. She was very unprofessional and went out of the back door without telling me anything after she told me to hold on, she was on the phone. I lived at Bennett Woods for two years, and I sincerely believe that she is in a inappropriate relationship with Lonnie the maintenance man."
