"Were disappointed rules regarding outside unit appearance weren't enforced despite numerous complaints by several residents. Lots of cluttered yards, excessive plants and yard ornaments. Garage doors left open with lots of junk always visible. Trailers parked in driveways and overflow parking. Landscaping maintenance was lacking and snow removal was bad. Overflow parking consistently abused leaving little or no parking for guests, or access to mail boxes. No on-site management was a concern for many residents."

"Local communication and maintenance has gone down hill severely in the last year we have been here. Nothing gets taken care of in a timely manner, no one answers the phone when you call (unless you call the emergency line) lawn care, especially snow removal never gets done. Almost 24 hours later after huge snowfall and no driveways or sidewalks have even been touched. Dog waste cans never get changed until they’re overflowing. The worst part is the staff changes so frequently no one knows what’s going on anymore and there’s no accountability for anyone / anything. We loved the previous staff and experience we had our first year here. Please make the necessary changes and take the time and effort to actually provide the quality living experience you’re selling."

"Great place to live. They have issues with staff turnover and being responsive but our overall experience was good. 2 of our 3 years there were during the pandemic so we try not to judge. They should consider adding a pool or other community amenities but some like it this way just fine."

"Jenna, Brittany and Wayne are awesome!!! The move in process was smooth. I had a few items that needed repaired when we first moved in but the team promptly took care of it. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My dog and I are happy residents."
