Cottonwood Apartments

"I see cars park for months that don't move and never get towed, cars without parking stickers that never get towed and people who park during times when they should not. 6:00pm to 6:am not supposed to be parked in the lot but people do and don't get towed away."

"My young adult daughter has been living here for nearly 3 years. The longer you sign a lease for the lower the cost. The office staff has been very friendly and helpful when issues arise."

"I never had any issues with Cottonwood when I lived there in 2018. I remember the manager Echo was always nice. Our cars were never vandalised or broken into. The apartment across the street did have cops a lot, but nothing ever really happened at Cottonwood. It was pretty affordable for a 1 bed 1 bath. Overall, I'd recommend it!"

"Extremely poor signing throughout the parking lot "stating resident parking only". If only they used those words in their signs. There is maybe around 6 signs throughout the parking lot only stating codes. Definitely easy to mistake it to the one parking spot it's in front of, not the entire lot. $200.00 towing fee. Let's not forget the lack of maintenance to these apartments, even for new residents."
