"Was nervous about moving but Aleesha made it so easy! Even with some road bumps she helped me get everything in order to get approved and moved in. Apartment was clean and ready to go, barely any noise from the outside or apartments around us. Everyone seems to know everyone. Very spacious apartments and I love the community feel for me and my kids. Close to everything I need and maintenance is so nice and helping. Other reviews say parking isn’t the best but I haven’t had one problem with it usually get the same spot every-time and there’s still others open. Very clean and well kept up buildings and road areas. The school district is amazing and I’m so thankful to be apart of such a great community!"

"Parking here isn’t be enforced. Got many people here with no park permits. Landlord told us will tell people not to park if they don’t live here. But the person keep parking here, there are 3 guests parking that never be used, because landlord not enforcing it or tell them not to park in resident area.Terrible place to live, 0 stars sad they charge lot to live here and have rules in lease. That never get enforced"

"Sometimes when the management company here does not have enough money for the budget they will reject some of the ACH payments that a lot of the tenants choose to use for convenience. Resulting in late payments and costing the residents more money almost every month. This is a pattern that has happened too often here at this property. I know both people who work in the office and also people who live on the property. Also the office administration here on the property is vengeful and will not only threaten and harass you, they will also deny you repairs. I have witnessed them taunting residents on the phone laughing because they turned off electronic payments when the residents would complain they would now have to pay late fees. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Also they have mold issues in multiple units."

"Move in dates for a tenant were changed repeatedly until confirmed by management office to be today. New apartment is not clean, has no washer or dryer and at least 3 windows are missing screens. Tenant was trying to reach management office all week to confirm today's move in date, only to find out today that "they've been out all week, but even Kathy knew it wouldn't be ready". Now tenant has to pay moving company for no moving, has no idea of new move in date and will have to make moving arrangements again. Zero stars."

"I’ve been here 3 years and I’ve been having mold grow in my apartment for 2 years. No one can figure out where the mold is coming from or what caused it, but it’s everywhere.The apartment put a dehumidifier in my apartment that broke and I had to get my own. The mold has grown onto everything from shoes to clothes to furniture and I’ve had to throw those things out. I resigned my lease because we didn’t have enough money to move out when the lease comes back up again. But they wouldn’t even move me apartment units knowing that I have a special needs child that has had a transplant, I also recently had a baby and was in the hospital for 3 weeks trying to stop the labor. There are other people that are here that have issues they can not get resolved. I would RUN from this place. They are only nice in the beginning."
