"The apartment is clean and quiet. The woods are great to have surround the whole place, lots of deer! The new manager, Mindy us very professional and Ron the maintenance manager is also equally great. Close to literally everything."

"I’m not a tenant there but I have been to the complex. Complex is unimpressive and the corporate management seems to be disinterested in offering more than the bare minimum to tenants. My close personal friend is currently residing here. The one thing they have going for them is safety as he has never locked his door. Maintenance would preform their typical routine to spray for bugs, and every time prior to this they kept the door unlocked. Most recently after spraying they locked the door behind them instead of leaving in the same condition as they found it. What I found completely unreasonable is that they refused to reopen the unit for the tenant who is on the lease. They gave no effort to remedy the situation and left their tenant locked out. This resulted in them having to pay a considerable amount for a locksmith to enter the apartment apartment. Unfortunately this kind of carelessness to anything beyond their bottom line is typical of a corporate landlord but that does not make it acceptable. One star."

"Maintenance locked my key inside while spraying for bugs while i was gone. In the 8 months i have been a resident here, they have never locked the door behind them after spraying. Corporate told me that maintenance could not unlock my door for me and that i would have to call a lock smith. After being locked out for 3 hours while waiting for a lock smith, they would not reimburse me for the locksmith charge even though they are directly responsible for locking my keys inside. It is ridiculous to be financially responsible for the company’s mistake. Doesn’t seem to be community that truly cares about their residents and i would avoid living here at all costs."

"There are no amenities here, but your rent will go up 100 dollars every year. The light in hallway was burned out for 2 months making it difficult for this Nurse to go to work at night. Up-stairs neighbors fight and police come, children run wild and made the hall carpets FILTHY purposely throwing food all over, and after multiple complaints they still live here and no one has cleaned my halls yet. After being here almost 3 years I still don't have a door on my closet promised me 2 years ago. Guess I better stop here. hmmm"

"They went to bat for me, got me in and the apartment was top notch. When I had the only maintenance issue, it was fixed in under 6 hours. They care about their tenants! Can't speak more highly about the management or maintenance personnel. You will love this complex!"
