If you have an issue, they do their best to solve it, they have fun little monthly activities for every one. They do their best to make it a home you can enjoy. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a place to live."

"DON’T MOVE HERE !!! Let me start off with how sad I am !! I moved over here too get away from Omaha and be ducked off in a beautiful area ! Ever since day one has been nothing but issues ! The lady upstairs threatened me and my family got in my face and called me the N word! Val the property manager did nothing about it ! My second incident happen yesterday!! Someone came flying out of the parking lot and totaled my car ! When she came down , she had an attitude, showed no consideration, shook the man that hit me , hand and told him sorry because I was upset he was trying too lie ! I asked for video footage of the car accident and she walked away …. The only person that came too help was the maintenance man ! He deserves more then a raise ! Considering he was the only person that helped me and my 4 year old son after our car getting totaled in her parking lot ! Considering he was the only here from NOV- yesterday!!! Imagine that her first day back and doesn’t want to do anything ! She’s lazy !!!I can’t stop crying with how much I’ve lost living here ! Now no one cares about anyone ! I will be gone the second my lease is up !!!! DONT MOVE HERE you’ll lose more then gain !!"

"The leasing office is hardly open, snow is never shoveled, the maintenance is hardly ever addressed. The place is so unsafe. I had wasps in my apartment for the entire summer and it wasn't addressed until the fall."
