He can give the history behind a repair you request and often times presents a cheaper method to affecting the repair. He always delivers on his promise as to when he or someone else will show up to do the work, takes minimal time to make the repair, and cleans up after the repair is done. People like River are hard to find and sometimes even more difficult to keep on board. Although Greg is relatively new to the staff, I am sure he will follow in the footsteps of the other folks to guarantee 100% satisfaction in the services they provide."

"This place is a happy medium between well kept but not stuck up. The parking spaces are noticeably larger than average. The price, while not cheap, is extremely reasonable for the Council Bluffs/Omaha area. Lastly and most noticeably, the building managers Echo and Kylie are always friendly and willing to help."
