"I’ve officially had it. These apartments are so poorly maintained. It just got new management and they’re doing nothing to improve it. Washers and dryers don’t work. Dishwasher is broken as well as windows. Homeless folk saunter into downstairs storage and basement. You’re better off bumming it with your parents."

"The property is not maintained at all. During the winter months there is no snow removal unless there is more than 3 inches of snow and then she will they will plow it once. If you want the sidewalk shoveled you have to do it yourself. When you drive through the parking lot be careful not to fall in a sinkhole that the potholes in the parking lot some of them are 8 inches deep you can barely avoid them as the whole parking lot it’s like this. exterior lighting is a minimum as most of the lights are all burnt out or broken. I like how the post says air conditioning because the air conditioners been broke since last year. You cannot get a hold of the manager she does not respond no matter what your problems are. Exhaust fans in both bathrooms do not work. You get charged extra for washer and dryer my dryer has a broken belt or something it doesn’t work. My neighbors apartment is constantly flooding because the apartment above her and the landlord does nothing. Outside the bushes are full of leaves from last fall . There is trash everywhere. It’s ridiculous I like how the listing makes it seem all nice and wonderful and it’s a joke."

"I called the apartment management interested in an apartment listed on apartments.com she answered it very unprofessional and rudely, threatened me that I was harassing her by asking questions like if a burglar is still associated with this company just by simply asking questions before I went through with the application process. Ended with her hanging up on me instead and threatening to call the police for what I'm not sure!! I swear this has to be a joke please avoid at all costs!"
