"Was a good place. Not for the last 6 months Lots of crime. We have had a man peaking into our windows all hours of the night. Our car window smashed and broken into. Nabors cars spray painted. My screen door to my window smashed over. A man that lived in the apt threatened my 5 year old son and husband because he hit his 5 year old on the playground here. They won't protect u and they won't let u put a camera up to protect yourself even after all the crime. So your on your own. Dillon from the office and the maintenance men are the only good parts of this place"

"Trying to get in contact with the leasing office is impossible, communication in the office is atrocious. Good luck leaving a message or have anyone contact you about anything if you manage to leave a message or email them. Most of the lease isn't enforced. Maintenance is barely acceptable."

"Horrible place to live, very expensive, doors, mirrors, blinds, etc… are made with cheap material, there is a woman in the office that believe she is doing you a favor to listening to your concerns. The building were we live had a permanent smell to pot. The grounds full of poop , although they require a DNA for your dog but it seems they don’t care to fine the responsible who doesn’t clean after their pets. After 6 months we left the apartment in very clean condition , even the person who did the walk trough said : nice very clean , but in the final bill they charge us for everything, so practically we did not get our security deposit back."

"Been living here for 3 years and it’s been fine. But it’s been one thing after another with the new management company unable to step up. We usually have notices for lot snow removal. This year, It’s sent out via email and through the rent payment app. Tucked between holiday spam and office closure spam. I work from home, right now and I was in the apartment, I had my phone on me and listening to music when they towed my car. I thought I had my car registered with them for this exact purpose, but they didn’t bother. We had been paying on time and promptly for years and missed the dateline once because my partner’s mother had been diagnosed with cancer, we get an eviction notice. Not a communication, not a inquiry, not a question. Someone came to our door with papers saying we were had to find new housing in 3 days. It was a threat, printed on computer apparel and delivered by a manager, but made to feel like a lawyer summons. It took us 3 months to confirm we had renters insurance because they can’t check their email, faxes, or documentation. Our agent repeatedly sent copies to them as requested, but they repeatedly reset our conversations back to 0. Our agent talked to a person, confirmed it had been received, and whoever we talked to, never saw anything. This management company is clearly just a system of timers going off to check if you are paying rent. They technically don’t have to do anything other than what they have done. And it shows."
