Golden Creek Apartments

"The inside of the units are ok. However, the college students blaring music at night, the constant kids running and screaming through the hallway, intentionally slamming into my front door, the people who don’t live in the complex are able to pry the doors open and keep them open with rocks, and constantly having our packages stolen from the “mail room” is beyond the last straw."

"I just moved in here, Hellen and team have been nothing but wonderful to work with and always answer in a timely manner. So far a good experience."

"I currently live here and wish I didn't..I have never seen such unruly kids running through here and of course it is after office hours..they prop the security doors open..run and scream..I have had food thrown at my outside wall by my door..tonite the kids were right off my Patton..shoes off and turned what little grass I had beyond the cement into mud...then when I asked them to play somewhere besides the mud..they stood back and thru snowballs into the mud puddles so it hasp lashed mud on my patio door"

"The apartments themselves are not bad but the immigrants letting there kids do whatever they want at anytime of day or night gets old. There never no were to park and kids running and screaming up down halls ways. When comes to maintence problems and stuff pretty good at getting it taken care of. They really need more parking for buildins on the east side though it sucks having carry your groceries and landury from the street bc people that dont live there take all the parking spots."

"If you move in enjoy the roach guy coming over and checking the place every week.. Way better choices for apartments they will butter you up with a cheap opening deposit and no first months rent but I moved in for that and I was in a rush and regretted it right away and started planning my next move. A lot of immigrants have networked this apartment and all refer each other to it(meaning a lot of kids and they're un disciplined). There is NO parking. No joke whatsoever if you work night shifts in the winter you are crossing your fingers that there's parking and most likely you are walking 100 yards or parking in the cul de sac by the car dealership(then you have to hope the city doesn't tow your car)."
