"I've called the customer service on November 12th at 11:56 am PST to confirm that I successfully transferred my concert tickets to a third party. The customer service representative confirmed that I did it correctly and should not be a problem. On November 14th (concert day) I found out that my tickets were not transferred and It passed deadline to do it, so I was not able to sell my tickets and lost significant amount of money. On top of that I have paid outrageous service fees for my tickets! (45usd). I'll never use this site again."

"Why does Ticketmaster make it so hard???? It show 3 different sites. Went to all of them. None were able to help me in person. All directed to online site!!! So frustrated. If I could have figured it out I wouldn't have gone to the places in person! So to finish this mess. The gal at Holland Center took time to help me. Now maybe I will receive a phone call or text. It said up to 4 hrs before they will contact me."

"I'd like to thank Autumn and the young lady sitting next to her at the "Will Call" desk at the Elgar and Bolero concert last night (9/23/22). The tickets that we had purchased that afternoon were supposed to be at the "Will Call" desk, but they could not be found anywhere, no matter what approach was taken. After searching diligently for at least 15 minutes, Autumn comped us with better tickets than we had purchased. Then when scanners couldn't read the tickets, Autumn walked over with us to insure that we were able to gain entry to the concert. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Autumn."

"Absurd pricing, and I don't even mean the outrageous fees they keep responding defending. Purchased tickets half a year in advance for around $300 only to have them selling the same tickets now that the show is finally coming for $100. I could seriously buy better tickets today for a third of the price than the ones I bought well in advance. They keep responding about how they are the official seller for multiple places and their prices are usually the lowest. Great to know that if I buy in advance to avoid a sell out situation I get gouged on the price. And glad to have a whole list of venues in Omaha that I will never do business with again knowing their ticket seller is this ridiculous."
