"Our precious puppy had her first grooming experience here. The results were nothing like we expected. I didn't recognize her when she came home. It's the worst cut I have seen. Her nails are so jagged and ruff. Things we asked to be addressed were not. We will not be requiring services done here again I'm extremely disappointed."
