"They don’t have anyone answering the phone so you have to leave a message for them to call back to schedule. Which is a huge inconvenience in the first place but I’ve left a message 2 days in a row with no return call, guess they don’t need the business!! Would NOT recommend"
"I brought my dog here for the first time and they did a wonderful job. He came back happy, clean, and well taken care of. I love the use of a 'report card' and that they post a photo of your animal during their appointment. I will definitely be coming back in the future!"
"I didn’t post photos of her privates that were knicked. Or the text from the manager… But this is still extremely upsetting. Traumatized and hurting is how I received my pup. But not before the groomer dipped out before I saw my girl. Her ears weren’t trimmed and the receptionist stated the groomer had gone outside, so another person did the hack job on her ears. How can I claim unsatisfactory when the groomer left before I saw my dog? Management stated the groomer was due to leave at that time because she had kids. Yet their policy states if someone is unhappy with their groom, to say something before leaving the property. Hmm. Grateful my dog will never be brought to this place again. Be warned, it could happen to your pup."
