"I wish I could provide 0 stars. I applied for my business license in October 2021, and it was pending until July 2022. After 5 follow-ups, they finally called and emailed me at the same time--just once each--and then claimed "I have called and emailed your contact information numerous times with no response," despite having not replied to my questions for months. The process here in Clark County is unnecessarily tedious. They also nickel and dime with nonsensical fees. Clark County Business License is the worst government department I've ever known, and for the employees with whom I was in contact, they were horribly unhelpful."
