"About two months ago my husband dropped off his work pants for Metro. Different customer service representatives told us that according to the security camera he picked up his pants. Then they told us a manager will call us. Now he has to file a lost property claim for his work because Boston Cleaners lost his pants. This place is always filthy smells like cigars and customer representatives go to work on their pajamas don't even shower. This place is anti-police as they don't care for my husband's uniform."

"I was there to pickup my clothes. They charge me more than $13 each items for dry cleaning, which is never asked...the lady works there customer service was bad .never ask me or mention what kind of the service you want...I just ask for laundry. Regular or basic ..but they do the dry cleaning bythem self and charge me almost 3 time more for each items....never recommend"

"Do not recommend going there. The first quote was $240 for my wedding dress preservation. They called me after I dropped off saying $350. I went to pick it up the next day of due day and it wasn't ready. So my husband went to a different day and they changed $430."

"Was quoted $22/pair for alterations on 4 pairs of $80 trousers. When I came in to pick them up, I was informed that the charge was almost $60/pair because the seamstress did the waists and also hemmed and did some other alterations (which I did not ask for). I told the desk what the seamstress told me, and added that it would make no sense to spend $60 to alter $80 pants and had I known that up front, I would have absolutely declined and gone somewhere else. I asked for the original quote-they replied there is nothing they can do, but would make sure the alterations would be corrected if need be (pass). I should have gotten the quote in writing-my fault for that. I paid and left-life is too short. Will absolutely not use this business again. There are plenty of great choices that will eat their own mistakes and still do quality work. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them."

"Wow!!! I'm very impressed with their work! I had the lid of my Starbucks cup pop off from not being put on properly. The venti hot green tea latte, with extra green tea powder, went all over my barely worn sweat shirt. One of my favorites at that. My best friend has used Boston many times before, so I decided to give them a try. They were very quick to help me out. Very friendly and professional! I was very impressed with how my shirt came back. The green tea stain was something out of the exorcist movie! I never thought they'd be able to get the stains out. I was pleasantly surprised. Monica helped me when I came in, and she greeted me today when I picked up! I will surely be using their services again!! Here's some before and after photos!"
