"This gym has an awesome welcoming environment where everybody knows your name and you dont feel judged for being a beginner. The instructors are always so upbeat and the workouts are great. The classes really are as hard as you want them to be, so long as you go at your own pace. Its a thorough workout and I always leave feeling great. Going to class is the only time I ever look forward to working out!"

"Disappointing Experience with TITLE BOXING. Lack of Compassion and Compensation Review: My recent experience with TITLE BOXING has left me deeply disappointed, particularly due to their abysmal customer service and lack of empathy during a difficult time. As I had to unexpectedly travel home for my father's funeral, I reached out to TITLE BOXING seeking assistance regarding my prepaid membership, hoping for some understanding and support amidst the turmoil. Unfortunately, what followed was a frustrating and disheartening encounter with their customer service team. Despite explaining my situation and requesting flexibility with my prepaid membership, I was met with indifference and a strict adherence to company policies. The representatives showed no empathy towards my circumstances and refused to provide any assistance or accommodation. Adding insult to injury, the prepaid nature of my membership meant that I was unable to utilize the services during my absence, yet TITLE BOXING showed no willingness to compensate for the missed time. This lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge the impact of their policies on customers in distress is truly disheartening. In times of hardship, it's essential for businesses to demonstrate compassion and flexibility. However, my experience with TITLE BOXING highlights a glaring failure in this regard. I urge them to reconsider their approach to customer service and recognize the importance of treating patrons with dignity and empathy, especially during times of grief and difficulty. Until TITLE BOXING acknowledges their shortcomings and takes steps to rectify them, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone."
