"Had a great experience with this company. I have Homeserve. They assigned A. Raymond Plumbing. Derek cane out Christmas night to snake my main drain. We thought it was fixed, but unfortunately had to come back out today to resnake, run a camera, and ultimately hydrojet the line. Derek and his partner spent half the day here working my line. Cleaned up the entire mess before they left. Hopefully the problem is solved!!!"

"If I could award zero stars, I would! I pay for HomeServe services, including plumbing, and I've done so for a few years. A Raymond Plumbing is a service provider under the plan. This is the 3rd time I've requested service where the responding plumber is a flat out rude jerk! My husband needed to simply turn a washing machine so the plumber (Derek) could access the main with his machine. We've had a backup causing a huge mess and fecal matter on the laundry room floor. This guy refused to wait 5 minutes for my husband to turn the machine. Instead, he left and told my husband to call HomeServe again after the washer was turned! He said his boss wouldn't want him standing around waiting! My husband said hang on, it will just take me a couple of minutes and that's all it did take him! I don't think this company or their plumbers understands who the customer is and who is paying!? I requested that they never service us again under that warranty. Three times met with a jackass attitude and zero sense for customer service or courtesy. No thanks! It seems he just didn't want to do the job. Unbelievable attitude, too!"
"A Raymond came to to inspect the flow of water to my house. The plumber, Jim, was not easy to work with. Rather than listening to what we were asking him to check, he would dismiss our concerns and check unrelated areas. For example, when mentioned that the flow drops substantially when multiple things are on, he insisted that the filters in the shower and sink faucets were likely clogged. As he checked each faucet, all filters were clean and would not cause a decrease in flow or pressure. The plumber ended up coming out twice: The first time I (female) was handling the plumber on-site and each of my concerns or comments were dismissed. My fiancé (male) called him after the first visit to understand why the plumber had not addressed the concern - flow of water NOT water pressure. No clear answer given. The second time my fiancé handled the whole visit. There were multiple back and forths and the plumber finally performed the test we were requesting. The results were eventually documented in the plumber’s notes after explicitly asking for him to document the results. Also, my fiancé had to supply a testing gauge and request that Jim take measurements instead of using his years of experience eyeballing water pressure to tell us if the pressure was “good” or “bad”. Each time the plumber visited. He turned the pressure on the PRV up to a threshold that is not typically set for households. Each time he either forgot to turn the pressure back to a safe threshold or had to be reminded to turn it back. To corroborate the complaint, we had already had the presence of a problem confirmed by MUD and a separate plumber. If you want a smooth plumbing experience and treated respectfully, do not go with A Raymond (specifically Jim)."
