Always a reason or excuse so we pay more money. Guy who washed my car was rude and didn't care he scratched it up. It came back to me dirty as heck too vs when I took it to them sparkling. "I loved the service. I was treated like a rockstar from the very start. I had an appointment to which I was 20 minutes early. Dylan came immediately to help me. He took care of me every step of the way. I visited with Luis the sales manager. He didn’t just shake my hand and walk away. He actually sat down a chatted for a few minutes and was aware of my previous attempts to buy from another dealership. I also met Marc Leonard the loyalty manager. He provided me with information for the points system and let me know that just because I lived 2 hours away they weren’t going to forget about me as a customer.
