"Seriously, Lennar should be embarrassed by this office. I've been contacting them for 6 months, with a blank check (no limit), asking for a lake view lot. No call in 6 months. We're looking at a couple other neighborhoods now with lake view lots and so I thought I'd check back with them. For two days, 10 attempts and I've been told 6 times someone would call me. After the first several NO CALLS, I suggested we set up a specific time. Set that up, NO CALL. So, I just walked through the homes being built. I have to say, the quality looks on par with their service levels. Poor attention to detail. I'm also looking at Del Web next door and the build quality looks way better for same general price point. Hmmmm...... Also, I've lived in Lake Las Vegas for 5 years. Love it here. When I moved here, there was a 150 foot deep pit that Lennar filled in and built Reverie on. I know they're having sinking issues with another one of their properties in LLV. Guessing they will have issues here too. It's too bad. Looks like they have some great views...they clearly just have it too easy or are just that bad at service. Doesn't give me comfort to spend $1MM with them."
