"Excellent front desk experience, Mona was wonderful. Great variety of breakfast items. The indoor pool was warm (March visit) the hot tub was not available, but the warm pool was plentiful. Our room and the hotel was clean. I'd highly recommend if you're wanting a budget friendly hotel with great customer service."
"I have no complaints about the room. I had 2 Queen size beds that were very comfortable. I like having a microwave and refrigerator in my room so you don't have to eat out the entire time. I didn't know that my friend's daughter had some type of situation with the Management. I gave a $100 cash deposit and they decided to keep my deposit. I didn't know that Management had asked her to leave the property at some point before I rented the room for 2 days. She has a dog, two of which are mine because she is dog sitting for me. Her car had the side and back windows busted out by the daughter's ex boyfriend. All I saw was a woman alone on a cold, dark rainy night. I was just trying to help a friend's daughter and they kept my $100 which I need because I am permanently disabled."
"Some people are way to bougie now days and should book those $300 + rooms at full service properties. This place was fabulous for regular minded human beings. They are doing a fabulous job from the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. Honestly it was the cleanest room we stayed in on our 10 day cross country trip. The staff was extremely friendly. The morning shift front desk young lady (I believe her name was Lena? (Sorry all the driving ruined my memory) was TOP NOTCH! She was so sweet to everyone I saw her interacting with. She was so kind to check us in early and truly was one of the kindest FD agents I’ve ever met. This will be my go to when I stay in Vegas for now on! Good job team!"
"Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff members friendly and an easy check in and check out. The property is looking a bit tired…a few small cosmetic repairs would go a long way in making first impressions positive. We were on the third floor and everything was fine. I would have no hesitation in booking here again."
