"if I could give zero stars I would I dealt with Eddie a defensive angry shell of a man. I informed him of an issue in our building and he wouldn't let me finish a sentence, slammed his hand down on the desk, ( a desk he rents from our building mind you) and told me to take it up with the HOA. I as an owner am part of the HOA. I called on another occasion to inform First Valley that the security gate to the garage had been ajar for three days. He blew me off and abruptly hung up the phone. I recently ran into a neighbor who had the same response from him. He is well past his prime and needs to be put out to pasture with the rest of his dying breed."
