"I've been here for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The maintenance workers Jeremiah is so hardworking and keeps this place spotless. Whatever needs to get fixed he's on it and always with a friendly smile. We got new management recently and they're amazing. This apartment has been looking better and better every single day. Joshua the manager quickly responds to your emails and fixes any issues or concerns you have about. He's very professional. Management is awesome. Maintenance is awesome. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and affordable. I love it here thanks to them."

"We have been here a couple of months now and so far we have loved it! Peter and Joshua are great, always very helpful and really made the whole process of moving in smooth. It's a very quiet community and parking is great, always a ton of space. We haven't used the clubhouse much since they are remodeling everything but are very excited to see it once it's done. The staff here really do care and are always trying to improve things for residents. I'm looking forward to living here for quite a while!"

"I’ve lived here for a year now. The only reason I’m not staying is because my job is now on the other side of town. I really love that this community backs up to cornerstone lake. There is a gate right at the back of the property that you can walk through to get to it, along with the Arroyo Grande sports complex. So convenient if you have pets or just like to attend the weekend events they hold there. The staff is always working so hard, especially maintenance, to keep the property looking nice and clean. The interior is renovated and you can’t beat the price for the size of them. While I had a few maintenance issues, it’s normal in a building this age. Maintenance was always as swift as they could be in addressing them. They’re currently renovating the clubhouse and the pool just had repairs. The gates have been operating normally since they initially fixed them. My neighbors have been so friendly and I never experienced any noise issues. Very happy I chose Miro as my first apartment living in Nevada!"

"I highly recommend Miro at the Parc! I toured a two bedroom apartment with Peter on afternoon and he was so patient and answered all of my questions. He showed me around and was so kind and friendly the entire time. He told me about the application process online and I had questions which he answered and walked me through. As I wait for the application to go through Joshua from the leasing office followed up with me and helped me with all the necessary steps I’d need to take once the application was done and could be submitted at the time. He was very informative and always very polite. Once the application went through I met with Joshua at the unit and completed the move in checklist. After only one day the maintenance showed up because a cabinet door was missing a screw and a couple minor details which they all fixed very quickly. My experience with everyone I’ve came across from Miro at the Parc has been nothing but positive and so helpful. I highly recommend asking all the questions you have as they are so knowledgeable and will definitely make this move so easy for you."
