Galleria Palms Apartments

"When i first moved in April of last year i thought it was a decent place. In august, my AC went out. I put in several maintenance requests and it took them 2 days to even come look at my AC. They would come while i was at work and not even call me to update me. I had to call them back to back asking how long it was going to be before it was fixed. About 3 days after it broke they brought in a portable AC unit for one of the bedrooms that barely worked. It didn't cool anything down. Finally they ordered a replacement unit and fixed it about a week later. I requested them to deduct money off of my rent since i wasn't able to stay at my house for over a week, of course they didn't do that. Now it is February and my water heater broke. I put in my first maintenance request on 2/10 and now it is 2/13 and the problem is still not fixed so me and my 2 kids are having to take freezing cold showers. Again they have not contacted me to update on the issue or give me a timeline of when the repairs will be completed. I can't wait until my lease is up. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live as the office staff here clearly doesn't care."

"This place's lay out is terrible. I am a delivery driver and no building is in order. Why in the hell do you want to live in a townhome with apartments across from you? All I can say, good thing I delivery, I find many places I would never live, this is one of them. Next to no parking either."

"This apartment complex was amazing when I first moved in. All amenities were open and clean. The property was well maintained and sanitary. Over the pass year and a half this complex has fallen apart. The back pool is consistently closed. Green in color. Not clean like it was every other day. The main pool with hot tub has been closed for two summers. There are many residents and one pool is not enough. Especially because it is 4 ft deep. The gym door is locked. On and off. All this with no email except one. Everyone was so excited for the reopening of the main pool but again it's still not open. I have popped my tire two times and the last 6 months due to glass debris and the lack of maintenance. There are many children that live here. The gate is always broken and doesn't close. This is a huge safety problem. I have seen two bums inside the apartment complex going through garbage cans. It's supposed to be a secure gated community. Also they used to have security on premises. Who knows where they are. I haven't seen them walking around in 2 years . The Dog park! It smells disgusting and is so unsanitary. There used to be a maintenance gentleman that power washed and cleaned it once a week. He obviously doesn't work here anymore. It is so disgusting and it needs to be cleaned weekly. They even spent money to put cameras in to watch the dog park for residents who don't pick up their poop. Why don't they hire more staff to maintain the property! The water quality of the apartment is horrible. It smells like eggs and there's debris that comes through the toilet. I'm consistently cleaning and flushing my toilet and the debris keeps coming back. The pipes are old but something should be done. The front office has changed personnel so many times. They were extremely rude and lie. No one wants to do their job. They don't have answers only excuses for everything. They lie all the time. The staff has changed multiple times. No one wants to work here. This apartment complex has a huge turnover rate and it's affecting all of its tenants. People are moving out left and right. Why pay and stay somewhere were you don't get any amenities that are clearly stated in everyone's contract. Why is the office front door locked? The computer is gone, the printer's gone which was in the resident common area of the office building? It's a waste of space now! All glitz and glam for nothing. Emails are not sent out in regards to what is going on. It's hard to contact corporate. No one cares about this complex. They haven't responded many times. One of the biggest issues is that the front office is always closed. The door is locked but there's someone inside. When you try to call the office no one answers. It's completely unprofessional and frustrating. They have been remodeling the appearance of the front of this apartment complex. Why...? They can't even maintain the inside of current residences. If I could give this apartment complex at zero I would. #00000"

"From the time I stayed here for 1.5 years, they changed management at least 4 times (huge red flag). Half of the time the entrance gate wasn’t working so I would have to wait for someone inside to activate the gate. How annoying. My fiancé’s car as well as neighbor’s car got broken into and management couldn’t do anything about it, even though there’s clearly security cameras in the corner of the apartments. Like does it not work and why are you withholding security footage for a break in? So shady… do not rent from them. The only good part was maintenance men being on top of it. That was it. Don’t waste your money here folks."
