"This is my second lease here and I absolutely love it!! Lucinda and Angie are really amazing!! They are extremely attentive, you can call or use app to log your maintenance emergency and maintenance comes fast!! They come in fix the issue then it's over and it's amazing!! The maintenance men are extremely nice and helpful. I've never lived anywhere where they are so attentive and they do their best at keeping us safe. Steven always is fast with fixing things same day!! My kids love Ursula and enjoy talking to her while she's up-keeping the property. We enjoy the parties they have and they are always so welcoming. My children enjoy going to the office after school to say Hi to Lucinda and Angie and I love it."

Everyone working here is very friendly and helpful, and you are five minutes from everything. Just renewed my lease for another year because I can’t imagine living anywhere else. "I really enjoy living here the grounds are kept very clean by Ursula she is always friendly. The office staff are understanding and easy to work with. Angie is very nice and helps with any questions or concerns and our manager lucinda is approachable, helpful and willing to work with residents. "BEST APARTMENTS EVER!!What a blessing to find Promontory Point Apartments! Not only do I love my beautiful apartment home and neighbors, but also the amazing staff, Lucinda, Ursula, and Angie. They have always provided excellent, friendly and over the top helpful service to me for any issues that have come up—and the maintenance—Eugene, Steve, Tony, and Ursula do an awesome job keeping the property beautifully maintained and are fast to respond with a caring friendly attitude if any repair issues arise. I moved here from out of state a year ago and was nervous about finding a nice, safe place to live. Promontory Point had amazing reviews and the most accurate review was that this place is a hidden gem. It certainly is! I’ve seen a couple poor reviews—but there are people that can never be satisfied and that they themselves are usually the problem! Don’t pay attention to those—Promontory Point is a beautiful place with a warm, caring and helpful staff. Definitely plan to stay here a long time."

"Thankful I found this place. When I had to start looking for apartments, it was scary. I worked as a leasing agent for another company, and I know all the sketchy things that companies make you do, and lie about. We were looking for a specific area, and for a first floor unit. I was looking at Palm Villa's (I lived there YEARS ago) and when I saw that they had sister property's I looked at those, and found Promontory Point. They had 1 unit, downstairs and it was the only first floor unit I had found in my weeks of searching. I took a chance, put in our application, and was delighted and thankful that we found this place. The complex is extremely well kept, there's never trash or broken down vehicle's. We have no pests (summer red roaches are not included, as everyone in the desert just has to deal with those suckers). The maintenance gentlemen are friendly and do their best to fix anything that needs attention quickly. The office staff is very friendly, and are ready to help or assist with anything. After this very hard year, I am happy that we found this place that is safe, clean, and comfortable."
