When Fusion Management took a more proactive role in managing this complex, it was my first time meeting and getting to know the leasing manager, Rachael Sigmund. As time passed, we encountered some of the usual maintenance issues all tenants and managers encounter. Rachael addressed each and every maintenance request promptly and with a degree of efficiency and caring that every problem get resolved quickly and with a total tenant satisfaction that I have never encountered before.
