"Lived here from October 2021 to Febuary 2023 and man it was a terrible experience. On more than one occassion did the property managers close 3 or 4 hours early. On one occassion the property manager saw me walking to the building while she was leaving early and ran to her car to avoid me. The floors in the apartments and counters are cheap and appliances like the stove, toilets, and a/c were broken when I moved in. The "security" gate was broken for months and just left open and I'd find homeless people using drugs or trying to sell stuff on the property. I had people try to open my doors when I was there and the manager even had my car towed without notifying me which made me think it was stolen. Being sold to the new owners didn't make the building any better as new people were hired and fired all the time so they had no idea what they were doing."

"This place should be closed down. It's the worst place to live in. I'm not exaggerating. The management team caused damage, but I was the one who was sent to the collection. The apartment was infested with cockroaches and the management team failed to exterminate them, so I had to fumigate the place myself. Everything is poor quality. I strongly advise against anyone moving to this place. I sincerely hope that someone can avoid the bad experience I had."

"I do not recommend this place at all. I moved here August 2022 and one month of me being here my car was stolen and my fiancé car was broken into. When I went to the office to address my concerns I was told “well crime is everywhere and it’s nothing we can do about it” and the manager at the time also said “there just cars” when I demanded that something be done like security doing drive bys or more cameras on property she called the police on me and told the police we had a gun. (Which was completely false) and yes I have a video so there’s no denying it . I didn’t feel safe in my own place so I eventually got a lawyer to look over my lease however I couldn’t get out of this lease agreement. this place also has roaches and the property has become very dirty. I didn’t unpack most of my things because I knew for a fact I wasn’t renewing my lease here. I absolutely HATED my one year of staying here and so happy it’s over. I will never recommend this property to anyone. 0/10 for sure. $1600 almost $1700 was not worth this at all !! Save your time, your money and energy."

"Lived here 2020 and was great, moved back 2022 and the complex was bought out right after and has since been terrible. Horrible place to live for the amount of rent charged. Management & maintenance are no help with issues and the complex is always dirty. Ridiculous charges once moving out, they will take all your deposit on just “painting fees”. If moving in make sure to mark EVERY LITTLE MARK you see on the move in list or they will charge you once moved out (especially bath tubs as they are just painted over and chip easily). Moved out June and still currently waiting for move out fees to be adjusted as they charged me for things that I had marked originally."
