"Honestly just counting down the days until I move. Breaking my lease actually. One, they got roaches. Let’s start there. Never had a problem, but once I got neighbors it became an issue. They’ve been short staffed since I moved in May of last year. Washer and dryer small AND Ive been using duct tape to keep the dryer door shut. I could have 3 towels in there and the door will pop open. Which is obviously annoying. Always different people in the office. No consistency. Office doors always locked, they don’t answer the phones… The 2 people in the office I became familiar with are no longer there. Maintenance always backed up so you’re better off trying to fix your problem yourself, though you shouldn’t have to. Also, you’d think with no permission to enter due to pets, they’d try to work with your schedule. But no. They say they’ll call you back, never do. A couple positive things I will say is I do see them trying to keep the place clean, and despite the inconsistency and failure to communicate, WHEN you talk to the staff, they are indeed very nice. I know there’s only so much individuals can do… but yeaaahhh… find somewhere else to live. Cheap. But I’m a quality over quantity person, and that’s why I’m breaking my lease to move. Can’t do it any more."

"After going through trouble getting the unit we originally applied for with miscommunication or downsizing us without consulting with us about, there was a leasing agent, Esperanza M., who called us back on the day we had to be out of our previous place and informed us that she could not stand for what she heard us going through and made sure we were able to move in the unit we’d been approved for that same day. We were able to move in a Knick of time because of her and I want to express much gratitude towards her, as she put herself in our shoes and made sure we got our keys before the office was to close. Again, I want to give a great thanks to Esperanza for being so considerate and taking extra time from her day to resolve our issue by the time it was needed!"
"There is black mold all over my ceiling. My unit is unlivable. They refuse to send a maintenance person over. Furthermore, management is completely incompetent. They threw out my sheet that had all the problems with my unit in order to take my security deposit. The only way they had for me to pay my rent one month was to get a money order which is a massive waste of time, all because they did not know how to sign me up for my tenant portal. They are constantly late for opening the office and close hours early. They do not answer the phone ever."
"If I could give this place a negative star I would. I’ve been living here for a little over 2 years and I must say this new management SUCKS. I’ve been trying to get maintenance to come out as I was told A YEAR AGO there’s mold in my tub and it’s spreading each day. I have to call the front office over 20 times a day in order to speak with someone. I have sent several emails and spoke with the front office reps multiple times and all I receive is lies and attitude, as if me having mold in my unit and having the audacity to complain about it is an inconvenience for them. I have been told multiple times that maintenance would come out “today” (whichever day I call) and that has clearly been a lie as I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year. They don’t care to fix anything as my toilet has been running loud af for the last 2 weeks and again maintenance is no where to be found. As long as your rent check clears they don’t care about anything else. I’ve advised them multiple times that I have a toddler here that has to shower and bathe and that does not matter either, currently I’m waiting to get an appointment with the health department to report this issue as it has consistently been ignored. Also, they rent to any and everyone now. The grounds are dirty and there’s been broken glass in the hallways for 2-3 months that the front office stated they’d have maintenance clean up since apparently they couldn’t tell my neighbors to clean after themselves. This complex went downhill and is now a complete joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME."
