"Quarter North is the best priced, most incredible rent experience I have had in many years! I have lived here for 2 months, and have had nothing but great experiences with the whole staff and the property. The leasing experience was very professional and the staff, Andrew, Christopher and Laura answered my many questions and made sure everything was taken care of before I moved in!! Move in process was customized and well done. I felt important and valued all through the process. Now that I have been living here that experience has not changed. Maintenance is easy and fast, and Brian goes out of his way to maintain an excellent tenant experience. The houses and the property it's self is well laid out, and I have zero issues! I love the pool area and the grills! The dog park opens soon and we can't wait! The gym has brand new equipment and has some other requested equipment on order! Overall I would recommend this unique rental experience to anyone looking for the "house" life with the amenities of a luxury apartment complex."
