La Serena at the Parque

"Lived here for about seven months as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and it was a wonderful experience. Office staff is so friendly and maintenance crew is usually pretty quick to fix any problems your apartment has. Plus, the apartments are super nice and roomy as well. Very quiet complex and everyone kinda keeps to themselves which is nice sometimes. Would definitely come back to live here, for sure."

"I love living here! The entire place is beautifully laid out, and kept up VERY well. Every weekday morning I see the crew walk through the grounds and clean up any trash the wind may have blown in. I have a one bedroom and its BEAUTIFUL! It has built in shelves in the living room, and lots of light with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has all metal appliances including a dishwasher. It has a large pantry, laundry in a utility closet. It circles into a wonderful bathroom, large tub, and lots of storage for towels and what not. It then circles around to a large bedroom, vaulted ceilings and large walk in closet. There's two ceiling fans, one in bedroom and other in dining area. They allow pets, and I cannot say enough about the staff. They're WONDERFUL from the office to the maintenance."

"This has been my favorite place to live in Vegas so far. I moved here because of loud neighbors and poor insulation in my last apt, which was interfering with my online work. The units at La Serena are single-story, so no upstairs neighbors! And I never had any issues with noise from next door neighbors. The units are very spacious and the whole complex is very well-maintained. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and friendly. They were always able to address any issues I had, often within the same day. The administration staff was always very friendly and helpful whenever I visited the office. Even when my printer broke, they were happy to help me out by printing some documents for me in the office. It felt like a place that cares more about its community than its policies. I would've stayed here if I didn't need to move closer to family in these chaotic times. But this will be the first place I go to if I move back to Las Vegas."

"Lived here since March 2015. Love it here because it is so quiet and it is a family complex. Management has been fantastic and whenever maintenance is required, they get it done right away. Karen is a great manager. It is now May 2016 and sadly, I am moving out of state so will be leaving the apartment that I love so much. I love the layout and the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Management has always been very good to me and La Serena at the Parque is the best complex to live in of any in the Las Vegas area."
