"This place is just a TERRIBLE Place to try to move into!! They take your money and tell you "Have a nice day" Basically... This was the first apt. That I applied to when we moved from Detroit MI... This is UNACCEPTABLE. Especially in that city. I will be SURE TO call a couple of t.v news stations about the fact that they APPROVED me and my husband, who are disabled to move in knowing that we only get money on the 1st of the month, So because we couldn't move-in immediately... they said that we were in default and we couldn't get our Holding Fee back... All of this happened within a week! The very middle of the month. I think they did this on purpose... Thanks for nothing LAKE MEAD WEST!!!"

"If i put my experience on here,they may not return my 100.00 money order. They still may not give it back because of this. Ive been emailing and sending text messages and calling since November 20th..but guess what, no response. How do you think this is even a little bit professional taking and keeping people's money? Does anyone know the process of who to speak with or how to get my holding money order back? **UPDATE**its January 16, still no refund. On December 12, I received a email that a request was submitted."

"I applied way back in October the beginning haven’t heard from anyone with no where to go! I’ve called numerous of times with no answer. Wasted almost 2 hours there applying it has now been two months and I need a place to live. I doubt of my application even being processed but you guys take people money and don’t do anything that is a terrible way to conduct business. Especially when people need a places to live. The young lady who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. We decided to be added to the wait list and feel that God led us here.
